Reviewed Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham

This is the best Jambalaya recipe that I've found to date. It is really really good.

There is only one thing I will change next time we make this. It is to substitute Spanish Valencia Paella rice (sold in America and Pearl Rice under the Goya brand). Paella rice works better than long grain rice in recipes like this.
