Wow...was this awful! Don't know where to start. Well, guess I should start with that weird flour dredge part. It came out of the crockpot with the consistency of, well, wallpaper paste. I literally had to "scrape" that off the meat, along with the flabby skin, before I could cut the meat. Ack. It took only 6 hours to cook the meat to a perfect 180....

I don't think you were supposed to put the wings onto the paper. Just replace the paper towels with parchment paper and put the wings (ON THE RACK) over the parchment paper. At least, that's how I read it.

Amazingly good. Such a simple recipe and yet, SOOO good. It's the butter that really makes it so good. Three ingredients that just work and it couldn't be easier!

I've made this twice now and it is SOOOO good. Perfect for the cooler fall weather. Real comfort food. Didn't change a thing in the preparation or ingredients except I put it over mashed potatoes instead of the polenta. Try it, you'll LOVE it!!

Wow!!! Talk about GOOD! I used unpeeled (well, scrubbed) red potatoes since that's what I had on hand. Follow the other ingredients to a tee and it was DELISH!! Make LOTS as leftovers reheat well. Don't skip that sour cream on top. It's the best!"

This one is OMG GOOD!!! I've made it several times and just love it more every time. Just wish there was a nutritional breakdown as I'm counting calories and have to wonder just how much of this I can/should eat! ""

It went all wrong here. First off, I peeked at it at the 39 min. mark and saw it was brown. Oops, checked it, sure 'nuf, it was done and I have no idea how long that was the case. 45-55 min. would have turned it into a brick. Next thing, the frosting. Made it exactly as directed but there was WAAAAY too much. Wound up throwing about 1/2 of it"

First time cooking sole in any way. I thought this was easy enough but really was kind of bland. Needed lemon zest, I think. Doubt I'll make it again. "
