Reviewed Smashed Pesto Potatoes
"Wow!!! Talk about GOOD! I used unpeeled (well, scrubbed) red potatoes since that's what I had on hand. Follow the other ingredients to a tee and it was DELISH!! Make LOTS as leftovers reheat well. Don't skip that sour cream on top. It's the best!"

Reviewed Coconut Cake
"It went all wrong here. First off, I peeked at it at the 39 min. mark and saw it was brown. Oops, checked it, sure 'nuf, it was done and I have no idea how long that was the case. 45-55 min. would have turned it into a brick. Next thing, the frosting. Made it exactly as directed but there was WAAAAY too much. Wound up throwing about 1/2 of it"
