"I can't understand why everyone else has rated this so highly! I followed the directions exactly, changed nothing, and my husband and I both thought it was boring and bland. The recipe calls for a fair amount of dry seasonings, but perhaps they all stayed in the flour dredging dish, because we sure couldn't taste any seasoning at all on the chop""
