"Fantastic recipe. I followed the other reviewers suggestions by substituting chicken stock for the water, and adding shrimp (thanks reviewers). Probably any white fish will work, I used fresh haddock. Make sure you use a good smoked paprika for plenty of heat. We will definitely enjoy this recipe again.""
