This is a good recipe. Yes it does get smokey so have ventilation. Make sure the boil is low before you put in the legs and then boil over a medium heat for no longer then 30 minutes or until internal temp is around 165. I've made 8 and 6 legs before boil 3 onions with the other stuff and use the boiled onions as a bed while you grill the turkey legs....

I loved this recipe it was quick and delicious. I think I might try ground beef and sausage next time.
