"This is a great cheesecake. I have only one addition that really made this cake a notch higher. Get a bottle of raspberry jam and drop spoonfuls into the cake just before you are ready for baking. I like to use half the jar. Then with a butter knife, drag swirls through the cake...all over...until you have fully mixed the jam throughout the cake. "

"OMG!!!! SOOOO Goood!! Such a crowd pleaser.I agree that it can be a bit soggy but there are plenty of ways to fix that. Less liquid and more bread would be a good start. Squeeze those rings of bread in there and make sure that you have a thick base before pouring in your liquid."

"Best meatloaf ever! Do try this meatloaf with the buttermilk. Makes a great consistency. The bacon is really unnecessary but if you really need it try making it in a pan first and then topping it on the meat."

Something good, something bad, and something you would improve upon....thats a critique and it makes you look like less of a jackass when you do it right. I'm sure you dont care simply because you're not here to make friends but rather to try and tell professional chefs that they suck. Well go ahead know it all...get yourself a show if you think you have what it takes.

"Make double!!! These go soooo fast. They are so simple yet so yummmy. My only advice is when picking out your jam make sure it is a thick based jam and not some watered down fruit spread. I accidentally used a fruit spread on my first batch and the strawberry spread more or less seeped into the cookie. They were still tasty but not very attractive..lol
Also, for the sugar coating I suggest using a sugar in the raw type sugar (larger crystals) for a great contrasting texture to the soft cookie.
Reviewed Cinnamon-Spiced Hot Chocolate Cookies
"These cookies weren't my favorite but many of my friends thought they were fantastic so its just a personal issue i guess. They came out perfectly and the recipe was quite easy to follow but I just didnt care for the peppery flavor. I may have used too much black pepper...not sure. Definitely make them as its obvious that many people love these cookies.
