"this was da bomb! my hubby and 13 year old LOVED it. my other 2 kids weren't as crazy about it, but they are not big turkey eaters. i cooked it @ 325 for 30 min. and then turned the temp down to 250. it only took about 2 1/2 hrs to cook and it was so moist and tender. it will definitely be a keeper""
