"There is a slight error in the NEW VERSION OF THE CHEWY RECIPE.
Use 18 oz., 2 -1/4C , Bread Flour, NOT the 12 oz that is listed.
If you watch the video attached to the "Chewy" recipe Alton correctly states the measurements as he makes the cookie dough.
Increasing the bread flour will provide you with phenomenal chewy chocolate chip cookies.
