I've cooked this several times and it is delicious. I use flour instead of cornstarch and I use beef broth to moisten the meat while mixing instead of bullion (rather salty. I left out the kitchen bouquet because it wasn't avail. in my pantry. Otherwise, just followed the directions and it is mouth watering, nice and tender, and a winner."
