Reviewed Pressure Cooker Italian Chicken and Sausage with Peppers

Nice.
Used chicken tender since they were on sale. I cut up chicken & sausage prior to browning.
Also added a couple of cans of garbanzo beans since they had to be used up. This is good for using up stuff in the fridge.
Liked the idea of a previous reviewer about serving this over pasta!
Remember to taste ...

You certainly put more work into this than Red Lobster! I worked there as a manager about 8 years ago so things might have changed. No butter was ever used. It was butter flavored oleo from a jug, a bit of seasoning and placed in individual metal cooking pans and put in the cooler to be used within 48 hours.
This looks MUCH better."

Sounds good going to try it now. Seems the total time would be MORE than 1H 3M since I consider rise time part of prep. You never stated aprox how long rising takes (though it varies)."
