"when looking for lemon curd, try trader joes if you have one in your area. theirs is awesome, and inexpensive compared to most grocery stores. what's in the grocery store could be goodness knows how old sitting on the shelf!!! the lemon curd is also very good warmed up and poured on top of ginger bread or mixed in with plain yogurt."
