Reviewed chicken stock

I used chicken wings, which was more cost effective. The stock turned out wonderful in flavor. After chilling overnight and skimming the little bit of fat, the stock is gelatinous, which I did not expect since it is my first time making stock. Can't wait to use in a recipe!

Didn't know what to expect, but didn't like it. I made it for dinner with friends and they all thought it was okay. I won't make it again - it was just a different texture."
