"I prepared this for myself and my husband after seeing Melissa prepare it on her show this weekend. I had tilapia on hand so I used it rather than snapper. This is a wonderful combination of flavors. Not sure that I've ever cooked with the bulb of the fennel but was excited to try something new. We loved it. I will definitely prepare it again"
