Reviewed Ultimate Ginger Cookie
"Perfect. Chewy in the center and a really good ginger flavor. I spent $1.50 on candied (uncrystallized) ginger at Trader Joe's and got 8 oz. I did not really notice a difference and with the swap, these are cheaper to make than chocolate chip cookies. Just another reason to smile about these cookies."
