Reviewed Italian Chocolate Sandwich Cookie

After reading all the comments I was little bit scared so I did not use polenta but substituted with a half of cup of chopped nuts and half a cup of whole grain flour. I also used extra two eggs to make it more wet. The cookies came out perfectly I did love them, but I have to admit the filling needs to have some tartness to it or some refreshing...
