My Activity

Reviewed Kale "Caesar" Salad

"delicious. I'm not a big fan of raw radish and fennel, but, somehow, it works!found baby kale and I think it's important, because of its delicate consistency. I made a similar caesar dressing in the blender, because I didn't have a wood bowl. "

Reviewed Garlic and Chile Roasted Dungeness Crabs

"l crave this dish so much, that everytime the store has fresh crab at a decent price, I have to have it. I used dried chiles first, but tonight, i will go with thai chiles. I usually boil corn, and douse it in the pan mixture. Few oyster for starters, and it will be a great dinner! Thanks Emeril. "

Reviewed Halupkis: Stuffed Cabbage

"I made this per recipe, and adding garlic to the onion mixture was the only modification. It came out delicious! Bacon was key in this recipe, it permeated with a smoked flavor. the only observation is the amount of meat is too much. I only used half of the mixture. I'm saving the remainder for other stuffed veggies. Yum!"

Reviewed Lobster Fettuccine

"This took a lot of time to make. I watched the show and it seemed easy. But let me tell you...getting all the meat out of the lobster is not as easy as it seems (and I've had plenty of practice. The broth took longer to reduce. I thought the lobster flavor was going to explode in my mouth, so when it didn't, I was a little disappointed. Next time,"
