Hands down my favorite shepherd's pie recipe. I double the meat mixture and omit the mushrooms, carrots and parsley. Fits perfectly in a 9x13 pyrex.

This is 5 stars with a few alterations so I marked it 4. I left out the powdered milk, used Hershey special dark cocoa powder, added a pinch of high quality cinnamon per serving (added it straight to the cup but will add to mix next time) and then made it with whole milk. I used 6T of mix per approx 12oz of milk. 4 is ok, 6 is very good and I t"

These would be 5 stars if the following changes were made:
Add 1/2-1 cup of flour to form a very stiff dough (WAY too sticky)

Tried this once, following directions exactly and wasn't thrilled. Tried it a second time, cutting 4min off the cook time and they're awesome! This year, I'm mailing my baked goods so I used this recipe to make 5 mini loaves and they were just as great. I put them all on a cookie sheet and baked...

This was my first time making scones and they came out great. A few things I did differently:

Added 1T orange zest with the egg & cream mixture
Forgot the cranberries
Rolled the dough to about 1/2" thick - recipe didn't specify
Brushed the tops with milk and sprinkled sugar on them before baking...

This was my first time making scones and they came out great. A few things I did differently:

I added 1T orange zest with the egg & cream mixture
I left out the cranberries (which I realized once they were in the oven)
I rolled the dough to about 1/2" thick - I would probably go about 3/4" next time to get a little...
