This recipe was delicious and easy! Will definitely make over and over, wouldn't change a thing. Lots of flavor. Someone said to skip the olive oil when baking the tomatoes because it will make the bread crumbs soggy.....they will get soggy any way when you use the pasta water to make the sauce. Use the oil and enjoy. The bread crumbs are part of "

I just made these with some left over salmon and they were delicious! the only thing I changed like a few people is I used panko bread crumbs and didn't even toast them. It came out perfect and held together nicely too. Great way to finish off left over salmon. Thank you Ina :)

This was a really good recipe. I used Jalapeno instead of Serrano because the store was out and I found it wasn't spicy enough so next time I will make sure to use Serrano. It was tasty and I made it with the yummy massaged kale salad....a great dinner. ""

The first time I made this, I found it to be bland as well. Also a huge recipe so I cut it in half. I tried making it again using canned tomatoes with the juice, left out the eggplant since I don't like it and used yellow squash and zucchini instead. I also added some Louisiana sauce and I love this recipe now. "

I have not tried the recipe yet but looked at it and wondered if 8 tomatoes is too many? I googled other Tikka recipes and they use one or two tomatoes. This seems like an awful lot. Did anyone have a problem with that?"

I have not tried this dish yet but will. To the person that said it's under gluten free. It says in the recipe that if you wanted to make it a gluten free dish, use Arborio rice instead of the Barley. Read carefully before attacking.
