I made this as the main dish for a dinner party--I've been slowly going through Aarti's recipes and like most of them, this was a total keeper! It was super easy to make--I had my baby in her Ergo carrier, strapped against my belly, and was still able to make this very easily (just watch out for some of the sputtering when adding the wet masala!)"

I omitted the peanuts, but I still couldn't get enough of this dish! It was so easy. Only note is that it took almost 3 times as long as it should have because my dutch oven is 5.5 quarts and seemed to steam the rice very slowly.
