Only note is that it took almost 3 times as long as it should have because my dutch oven is 5.5 quarts and seemed to steam the rice very slowly. "Awesome! I used greek yogurt instead of the creme fraiche (and meyer lemon) and it still turned out fabulous! Also, I omitted the butter and just used a bit of olive oil to sautee in the beginning. Will be saving this to make many more times in the future!"
