Reviewed Pasta and Beans: Pasta e Fagioli
"I have made this recipe many times over the last few years, but I've tweeked it some. I omit the meat, cut my veggies a little larger, and go crazy with the fresh thyme! I just love it. I usually enjoy it with a big chunk of toasted ciabatta drizzled with olive oil, and a glass of red.
