My Activity

Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"Simply amazing! I was a bit skeptical considering it is still a roasted chicken, but I am so glad I tried it out. The skin was so crispy, the meat was juicy and the flavor was fabulous! I did not have thyme or fennel on hand but I did add small potatoes. My 12 year old daughter said the carrots were amazing and asked I double the amount next time."

Reviewed Homemade Cranberry Nut Granola

"I just finished making this granola and can not stop eating it! Simply amazing. I substituted agave syrup for the maple syrup since I did not have any in the house. Love the cranberry flavor and will definitely be making it again."

Reviewed Greek Shrimp and Couscous

"An amazingly easy recipe that is perfect for a weeknight. I did not have fennel so I used a yellow pepper since that was what I had in the fridge. I also added some onion to the mix. Great flavors that even my 12 year old enjoyed. Will definitely put this one into rotation."

Reviewed Turkey-and-Rice Stuffed Peppers

"The picture on the cover of the magazine drew me in even though I generally do not like sweet and savory mixed together. So glad I tried it! Great mix of flavors with the herbs, raisins, walnuts and cheeses. The sauce was fabulous too. I did cook it differently than the recipe. I only made 4 peppers so I squeezed them into a loaf pan with the sauc"

Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"This soup has been a huge hit with my husband and 12 year old! The meatballs definitely make it and we have used them for spaghetti and sub sandwiches. I keep a batch frozen for last minute dinners. YUM! I did not use the dill for the soup and the flavor was still great. I have also used kale instead of spinach, both are awesome but I think I pre"

Reviewed Tin Can Margaritas

"Fabulous recipe! We served these at our Super Bowl party and they were a huge hit! I'll never buy a mix again.""

Reviewed Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

"Fabulous recipe! For the most part followed the recipe, but did forget to add in the garlic. Not sure it was missed. Next time I will add a bit more lemon since I didn't really taste it in the oil. I seared it on the stove first then put in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. I let it rest about 10 minutes and it was perfect inside. Will defin""

Reviewed Chili Con Carne

"Good recipe for chili. I used cubed beef versus ground beef and cooked it in the crock pot. Browned meat in pan, drained off oil and added to crock pot. Mixed in all the other ingredients then let it all cook together for about 9 hours. As someone else mentioned, it does have a dark red/brown color versus a brighter red. ""
