"ABSOLUTELY the BEST! Tyler's recipes NEVER let me down! I did use all purpose flour instead of rice flour, but...didn't make any difference! (Just so you don't have to hunt for rice flour.) I used a deep fryer and left the lid off and the chips and the fish were crispy in 41/2 minutes! My husband gave it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10! Definately goes"
