Oh my!! Everyone I've served these to, loves them!! They are very rich, but that's good, I wasn't tempted to over-indulge!! I've used both white choc. chips and butterscotch, and I like the butterscotch the best; however I think they'd be good with semi-sweet chips as well."

Very tasty, I didn't use all the rub, but I did save it and use it on other stuff-roasted red potatoes was really good with it!"

Reviewed Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Blue Cheese and Pecans

Nov 28, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Oh boy, is this tasty or what?! Super easy and so impressive, my hubby thought I spent way longer than I did on this recipe!:) It is very rich, so I would just serve with a nice salad and maybe a glass of wine!:)"

Reviewed Baked Blintzes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

Nov 28, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Very yummy!! I made a strawberry sauce instead of the blueberry, just what I had on hand, but I'm sure the blueberry would be great as well. It definitely did take longer than Ina said, and was a little difficult to get the top layer even as one reviewer mentioned, but totally not a big deal. I'll be making this again!:)"

My sugar never caramelized, I let it bubble for like 15 min, and still no color-any ideas?!"

Reviewed Homemade Cranberry Nut Granola

Jun 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I love this stuff-as does anyone who tries it! I make it very often, it keeps for a few weeks in an air-tight container. I sub a few ing though-I couldn't find pumpkin seeds so I use honey roasted peanuts; and I use plain almonds instead of roasted/salted almonds. And I up the amounts of the nuts and seeds-double both; and the oats I add an extr"

Reviewed Orange Glazed Blueberry Scones

Jun 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These were delightful! I used buttermilk-that's what I had on hand-and I will use it from now on! It made the scones tangy, nice with the sweet icing. Mine also was still thin, but I didn't worry too much, it worked!"

Reviewed Deep-dish Apple Pie

Jun 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Let me just start by saying-this was the first time I'd tried to make my own pie crust, and it turned out amazing-not scary at all! The filling was a little too tangy-next time I'll use lemon OR orange zest and juice; the pie tasted like those flavors instead of apple. Other than that, it was great!"

Really rich and decadent! I used ginger snaps instead of graham crackers for the crust-wow-it really brought out the spice in the cake!"

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Jun 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was amazing! I've made this to take to an office brunch and at home-both times a hit! Didn't change a thing; do suggest using a cookie sheet lined with a silpat or parchment paper under the dish to bake, as it usually does bubble over."

Reviewed Spicy Smoky S'mores Bars

Jun 12, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These were a hit!!! I made them twice in one week, one smaller batch 8x8-I just halved the recipe-worked great-my husband took them to the office; and the other I made full size and took to a picnic. I do suggest using all the butter, I tried to cut back, and the crust didn't work as well with less butter. I also used cinnamon instead of the pepp"
