"This cake turns out great, but contrary to the instructions, don't let it cool before inverting it! If you do that, the glaze sticks to the pan. I turned mine over right out of the oven and not a drop stuck to the pan."

"After reading the comments here I see where I made my mistake. I used all-purpose flour (I thought that was bread flour). The cookies came out puffy and cakey, which is my least-favorite kind of cookie. To the person looking for the perfect chewy cookie, the best recipe I ever found was Martha Stewart's. Am I allowed to say that here? You don't need a special flour, and they cook up crispy on the outside and chewy inside. People have asked me for the recipe so often that when I left my last job I made goodbye gifts of those cookies with the recipe attached.
