I love to grill & Bar-b-que & smoke meats. I would rather cook outdoors than in the kitchen. I love a good med/well porterhouse steak. Favoritelocal restaurant is a steak house in Albany, GA called "Texas Star" well worth the trip.The BEST steak house in the country is in Amarillo, TX. The "Big TEXAN" on I-40.
