Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

I covered my pan and checked it after an hour, took off cover and let it brown for 35 minutes. I left off the bacon (not on hand) and used half a stick of butter, poured on bird. The bird was moist, however we could not eat the gravy b/c of the lemon flavor! I was disappointed b/c it looked so golden and delicious. Next time, I'll leave it out.
