Reviewed slow-cooker beef and barley

8 hours was too long, barley mushy, gravy kind of slimey. Needs lots and lots of seasoning. So disappointing.

Reviewed farro salad with radishes, arugula and feta

I loved this salad. I found, even if you leave it in the 'fridge, it doesn't wilt. It stays fresh and crisp overnight. I'm going to try it with spinach instead of arugula next time. The farro is just as good cold in the salad as warm. This will be my "go to" salad.
