Great soup, but I did feel compelled to add one tablespoon of Better Than Bullion (for a little more flavor) with a cup of water, to initially simmer the broccoli, then added the milk (less one cup) and half n half. . I make this about six times/year. SO GOOD and healthy. My daughter loves this soup also. I will split the soup up in a big muffin pan, in individual zip lock sandwich bags, and freeze. This way, after we eat a couple of bowls each, we have it for work or anytime.

GREAT burger! I used high-quality, organic (grass fed lean beef. The buttering the sides of the patties and kosher salt and pepper made it WONDERFUL. The sauce and onions..OMG! Thank you, Laurant Tourondel and Ina. By the way, I used a tablespoon of horseradish in the sauce, because I didn't have the jalapenos. Worked fine!"
