Reviewed Chocolate Orange Cupcakes with Limoncello Frosting
"Really good cupcakes. Might be better if the cupcakes were from scratch, but a great quick recipe. The frosting is outstanding! Had my daughter's friends over for a baking day and all the mom's went crazy. My husband loved it on vanilla wafers as well. I did omit the orange peel from the cupcakes since I didn't think the kids would like the texture. ALSO! Use 1 stick of butter in frosting, not 1/2 stick as noted. "
