Reviewed crispy chicken fingers

Excellent receipe, did as some suggested and used a rack on the cookie sheet, wasn't really expecting much from the mustard sauce but boy what a nice compliment to the chicken fingers, and with a side of Ellie's macaroni salad, what a healthy treat for supper!

Another Very good receipe, did it as is, sauce takes 20-25 min to thicken, you must read the receipe carefully, use a skillet and not a sauce pan, and would cook it 25min on each side cause it does have a tendancy to be like jerky when cooking 30min per side. Love Ellie's receipes

Totally agree, too much sauce, scale down by half, other than that, great healthy meal for lunch, with a side of kettle chips of coarse !! Totally New England...Yum..

Very, very good, we were a group of 20 at this tailgate,and they all loved it, asked me to bring it at every tailgate..would recommend changing just 1 thing though, use pre-cooked bacon instead, save time and effort, and the bacon turns out extra crispy without breaking when putting it on the stick...yummm yumm..
