I prefer mixing miso paste with Mirin and a little brown sugar. Top cod or salmon with this mixture and broil for about 8 to 10 minutes. I serve it with a tangy side of sliced cumcumbers soaked in white wine and rice wine vinegar with red pepper flakes. That acid taste goes great with the fish topped miso."

Such an easy recipe to do in the crockpot for the shredded beef. I use regular tortillas and roll the beef up with cheese and cilantro. Quite tasty.""
