Reviewed Barbecued Mahi Mahi with Yellow Pepper-Cilantro Pesto

Yup, The rub was good, but the pesto is what made it. Can't have one without t'other. Just for a change, I roasted almond slivers instead of pine nuts. It made it a little to "toasted" flavored, so I added a pear, some finely chopped red onion, and a whole fresh red pepper finely chopped. It made it a completely different pesto, but was still "
