OK. I made this again and didn't double the recipe. It turned out great. Easy to work with. Burned a little bit at first but thats my fault. I now know where to keep the heat on my stove. I couldn't find nigella seed but I used fennel seed and it added a nice subtle flavor. Made a black bean humus and it paired great with the naan. i'll certainly "

I doubled the recipe and wound up adding approx. 1 1/2 additional cups of flour. The dough never did really come together. Still very gooey and sticky. I'll try it again, but just make the amount listed in the recipe. Hopefully that will work out. I'll keep you posted."
