My Activity

Reviewed Cocoa Brownies

"If you use the correct measurements, this recipe is delicious! One and one quarter cup of cocoa is perfect. I used a 13x9 pan, as we don't like thick brownies. They are a perfect mixture of moist and cakey. Will never buy box mix again."

Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

"WOW! This recipe is FANTASTIC! I made it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyone LOVED it!! I saved time and used the canned fried onions. DELICIOUS!!!

And to the poster that says everyone of Alton's recipe's is a flop, the problem must not be with the recipes.

Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini

"I am making this now. On what planet do chicken breasts cook in 4 minutes each side? Boneless skinless tenders do. This recipe calls for breasts. Anyway, I seared them and then put them in the oven to finish cooking.
