If you use the correct measurements, this recipe is delicious! One and one quarter cup of cocoa is perfect. I used a 13x9 pan, as we don't like thick brownies. They are a perfect mixture of moist and cakey. Will never buy box mix again."

WOW! This recipe is FANTASTIC! I made it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyone LOVED it!! I saved time and used the canned fried onions. DELICIOUS!!!

And to the poster that says everyone of Alton's recipe's is a flop, the problem must not be with the recipes.

Ciaraclare, Hi, I would use Heath English Toffee Bits. You can find them in the baking aisle with the chocolate chips. :) Hope it turns out...I might try it too.

I am making this now. On what planet do chicken breasts cook in 4 minutes each side? Boneless skinless tenders do. This recipe calls for breasts. Anyway, I seared them and then put them in the oven to finish cooking.

It's done. Followed the recipe, It has huge cracks across the entire surface, it taste great, more like pumpkin pie than cheesecake. The texture is like pumpkin pie but mushier. This is my first attempt at making cheesecake and most likely my last. Very disappointing. The flavor is great though and by the other posters who's cheesecake turned out...

Well, my cheesecake is dripping butter and now my kitchen is full of smoke. It's been in an hour and 15 and it has a bunch of cracks in it. I turned off the oven and am going to let it sit in there for at least 30 minutes as per another poster. (The middle is still runny). :(
I am so disappointed at this point. Doesn't Paula know that it's...

I just put it in the oven. Keeping my fingers crossed!!:) It seemed like an awful lot of batter.
The batter tasted good so I'm hoping it will turn out.
Glad to read the reviews about extra baking time.

To the person that said they did not have an oven proof pan. I didn't think I did either till I started reading some of the labels. Most saute' pans and skillets are oven safe to 350 degrees and up.
I can't wait to make this recipe. Do I need poultry shears or can I just hack it with a knife!? :

This was delicious!!! I pounded the chicken breasts a little to make sure they would get done in the stated time. I only used 3 since that's all I had and there was plenty of the sauce to go around. I might add mushrooms next time, but it really doesn't need anything else! Served over brown rice.
