My Activity

Reviewed Five Layer Bars

"I didn't have time to read the other reviews, but I wish I had!! I'm taking the bars to a potluck, but they look embarrassingly awful, but they taste pretty good. Getting them out of the pan was near impossible. Since I've only made the recipe once, I'm not totally sure, but I think greasing the pan really well would help, and halving the condensed milk (the milk burned around the edges a bit and became impossible to cut through)."

Reviewed Artichoke Spinach Dip with Roasted Red Bell Peppers

"I've made this dip 3 times now, once for a potluck (I got asked the recipe 5 times. It is so easy to make and absolutely delicious. My favorite way to serve it is with garlic bread. The only thing I change is that I saute the onions a little bit first just to take off the raw flavor. Otherwise, it's amazing.
