I made this at my grandchildren';s house last Fall from a recipe card that my daughter-in-law picked up at Publix. My grandchildren (3 and 6 yrs. old) both loved it.

This was easy and absolutely delicious. The pancake portion was buttery-yummy, the filling enhanced by the lemon zest and juice, and the blueberrry sauce to-die-for. I re-heated a slice the next day in my microwave, covered with the sauce (also covered with my micro-heating cover) for one minute and it was scrumptious.

I give this four stars for flavor, although I agree with the reviewer who thought it a bit too sweet. I still prefer my Grandmother's cinnamon and nutmeg scented, made in the oven in a water bath, custard-like pudding. It's considerably more guilt-free, and makes the house smell wonderful."

I would give this recipe 5 stars based on the flavor. The amount of cinnamon was perfect (a guest even commented on it being "just the right amount"). My only issue is the level of richness in the bechamel;too much cream for my taste. I will make this again, but with regular milk."
