Alton? Are you there? Is this a joke? I have been baking (& cooking now for almost 40 years. I love Alton and have had really good success with his recipes. He explains why ingredients, temperature, humidity, pans, etc. are important. His quirky sense of humor is such a joy to watch. However, this recipe became soupy for me and never did set up. I"
