"Loved this pie! Was a huge hit over the holidays. I was worried that stacking it that high would be a disaster, but it wasn't! It stayed together great. My only caution would be to be very careful when melting the caramels...I burnt mine the first time! ""

"Overall the recipe was great, the only suggestion I have is cooking the liquid out of the vegetables before baking the pizza. All the juices make the bottom soggy. I also pre-cooked the pepperoni before putting in the pizza, so it wouldn't be soggy and greasy. ""
