My Activity

Reviewed Hash Brown Quiche

"Incredibly good!! The hash brown crust takes a bit longer (maybe it's my oven to bake. But other than that, I followed the recipe exactly the first time and it was simply delicious. Now I substitute whatever I have on hand and it's still awesome. ENJOY!!""

Reviewed Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

"This has become our new "go to" potato side dish. We have it at least 2 or 3 times a month. Easy to change up the seasonings with different herbs. You really can't go wrong. Season with what you like -- simple and delicious. My kind of recipe! Thanks Ina!!""

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"Everybody at our Easter brunch was raving about this recipe. And almost all asked for the recipe. It was a bit too sweet for my taste. In my opinion, it doesn't need to be served with the maple syrup. It's good all my itself.""

Reviewed Penne with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto

"Usually, we LOVE Giada's recipes, but this one just wasn't for us. As others said, it seemed to be missing something. If I make it again, I'll definitely add more basil and use less of the sun-dried tomatoes, and maybe add some more favor with heat. But this is a great add to the quick-weeknight dinner list. Truely, a 30-minute meal!!
