"I loved this dish but I only give it 4 stars because the prep time was MUCH LONGER than 15 minutes. I'm no chef, but it took me at least an hour to get everything prepped and ready to sit. Maybe next time I'll work faster, but it threw off my timing in serving it because I couldn't let it sit long enough.""

I love to eat. I love cookbooks. I even enjoy cooking but I never seem to get it right!
Favorite Foods
My spaghetti sauce and lasagna recipes are from my great-grandparents who were from Parma and Sicily and I do them well.
Otherwise....I am a good "assembler of ingredients" (salads, appetizers) but not a great cook. I always seem to mess something up - even at the barbeque!
Any advice is welcome!
