"I made these for a party and everyone LOVED them!! I'm making them again for a Oktoberfet party. The mix was very soft, I froze mine overnight and they were still very soft to handle. Make sure you get ALL the liquid out of the sauerkraut. I'm probably going to add a few bread crumbs this time to help them adhere so they won't be so soft.

"For what it is, it's pretty tasty. It's a quick fix for a chocolate cake. I used a ramekin which I believe helped; otherwise it would have been cooked VERY uneven. Even using the ramekin there are gooey parts but it makes it seem like a molten cake. I used dark chocolate powder which made it a little richer adding a little instant coffee would mak""
