Oh my God, SO DELICIOUS!!! I only used the buttermilk dipping sauce recipe, I used a plainer fried green tomato recipe, but the sauce was divine, and perfect with them! Fabulous! My kids even loved it! I thought the combination of ingredients sounded weird until I made it and then... WOW! "

My family loved it, my kids went back for more! I opted to use brown rice instead of elbow pasta because my mom always made lentil soup with rice (so it was kind of thicker and not so brothy) and it came out great! I will definitely use this one again!""
