Reviewed Classic Chicken Parmesan

"I loved this dish! I doubled the recipe. I doubled the amount of chicken, cheese and a jarred ragu sauce. I used the jarred sauce because that was what I had on hand and I would use it again as it resulted in rich and delicious sauce. I didn't double the basil, garlic, water or red pepper flake. Reviewed Monday-Night Red Beans and Rice

"My husband and I felt the thyme overpowered the dish. If I made this dish again I would use fresh thyme. Overall, the dish was just okay."

Reviewed Salsa Fresca

"This a great recipe! I used half of the jalapeno and a little less garlic than recommended. I was concerned about the olive oil, but it tasted great. I also used only the cilantro leaves and I added some freshly ground black pepper. I will absolutely make this again!"

Reviewed Shrimp Scampi with Linguini

"This was a very good recipe. I used about half the garlic and I did find that the lemon juice did make for a very tart taste. I added a little MSG which cut the tartness of the lemon. Next time I would use half of the lemon juice suggested and I would garnish the dish with some Parmesan cheese. "

Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

"This dish was just okay. Added a teaspoon of curry and topped with french fried onions as suggested by another reviewer otherwise the dish would have been very bland. I will not make this dish again."

Reviewed Pot Roast

"Very good. I would do as another reviewer suggested and omit the beef boullion granules and add beef broth in place of the water. I like salt, but this was a little too salty for me and my family! "

Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

"This was not inedible, but very bland. I did put french fried onions on top of the casserole and I felt that this addition truly saved the dish. I think the addition of curry powder would definitely give this dish "that certain something" that this dish seems to be missing."
