Reviewed Caramel Cake
"My husband and I aren't big cake eaters, but we agree that this is a delicious cake. It was really easy to make. I had a little trouble with the icing though. It hardened pretty fast but since it was already on the cake, but not yet spread, I couldn't reheat it. I found that if I dipped my spreader in hot water before spreading, it worked fine. It wasn't pretty, but it was yummy and moist.
