Reviewed Sweet Potato Soup

My husband loves sweet potatoes and loved this soup. My modifications are as follows: I used two HUGE sweet potatoes; I used buttermilk instead of milk; I used two tbls. of cinnamon - again, hubby loves cinnamon. Upon serving, I added finely chopped walnuts! Delicious and have already been asked for the recipe! Thank you!"

Reviewed Roasted Artichoke Salad

This was delicious! Having said that, I totally reduced the amount of salt in the recipe - capers have more than enough. I salted the artichokes for roasting and that's all. Everyone raved! We raised a blass in Ina's honor! Thanks, Ina!!!"

This was a delicious dish! I thought I had green beans and did not; however, I had asparagus and used that instead - fabulous!
