My Activity

Reviewed Crispy Lavash Squares

"My favorita lavash is Joseph's Bakery low carb. I sometimes just sit and eat a sheet by itself. A package has (4 10-1/2 x 12-1/2 sheets in each package at 50 calories per SHEET!! When baked they are crunchy and great alone or with dips."

Reviewed Fettuccine Hungry Girlfredo

"Don't let the strange smell of the tofu noodles stop you from trying this yummy recipe because they have no taste. The noodle texture reminds me of calamari more than pasta, but didn't bother me at all because the flavor of this dish was great and satisfying!! Will definitely put this recipe in my keeper file."

Reviewed Slaw and Order

"This is recipe delicious and my go-to food when I'm craving pasta with tomato sauce. I would have never believed that Amy's creamy tomato soup could replace marinara, but it is absolutely delicious!! I used Amy's low fat creamy tomato soup and it was just as good as the original. Yummmmmmm!"

Reviewed Nacho-rific Stuffed Chicken

"Full of flavor and the crunchy corn chip topping really finished it off. My husband had no idea it was low calorie and said he'd like me to make it again. The only down side is some of the refried bean stuffing oozes out while cooking, but there was still plenty left inside (I scooped up what oozed out and distributed evenly under each serving)."
