About Me
50 yr old who loves to cook and bake and share the results!!! My mom was my inspiration to cook. I had to learn at a young age and am still loving it. I try to keep everything I need on hand because it frustrates me to be in the middle of a recipie and not have a vital ingedient. I do have many cookbooks for baking and cooking. I have quite a few ethnic cookbooks and I will try just about anything!!
Favorite Foods
I love everything but I guess my favorite cuisine is Italian. There is just something comforting about a plate of lasagna or spaghetti and meatballs.
