"Guy I tried different gingerbread cookie receipes. They all were terrible. I was about to give up when I saw your program you were baking the gingersnap snackers. Looked easy so I tried. O my goodness, they were wonderful just enough spices. My daughers also agreed. This receipe is a keeper. Now I can invite my grand daughters over to bake gingerbread cookies. That's what I baked the texture was wonderful very easy to roll and cut out using cookie cutters. Thanks for posting this receipe

"Oh paula I really enjoy watching your programs. I wanted a receipe to bake gingerbread cookies. The receipe you used was very simply and I had all the ingredients in my pantry. I tried rolling out the cookie dough oh my gosh it was very diffilcult I even tried rolling it out in smaller pieces. When I finally completed rolling out the dough using a little water as someone suggested. I baked the cookies when finish I tasted the cookies they were terrible bland and tasted like dough. I am so angry I spented a lot of time and ingredients on these cookies. I threw them in the trash my dog didn,t like them either we laugh when he spit the small pieceof cookie out of his mouth he pick up off the floor. Will not use this again.
