"This was really good. I also added some purple cabbage for color, and shredded carrot as well. I substituted non fat yogurt for the sour cream and added a lot of corse fresh ground black pepper. Served with grilled salmon with a chipotle sauce. My husband usually likes a vinegar based dressing on cole slaw, but he loved this one. "

"I really liked this salad. I agree though that the dressing was lacking, mainly in acid. I didn't have anchovies, so I added garlic and about 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar. I didn't think that I needed 3 romaine hearts with only 1/2 pound of crab for a main dish salad, so I only used 1 romaine heart and about 1/2 of the dressing. I didn't use the cr"
