super easy and super fresh. The dressing is so light...and we had enough left over for another salad. Using canola oil instead of olive oil was the topper!

Excellent condiment for the tacos...and even if you leave out the yogurt, it makes a great stand-alone salsa.

Dinner party for 6. A SMASH! Very easy prep work. The sauce they say drizzle across the top should be served in a small ramekin for dipping. The Mediterranean flavors were over-the-top. I paired with the spicy cilantro-scallion salad for a nice complement. Goes great with a slightly sweet Riesling wine. Definitely a keeper!"

Reviewed Asian Watermelon Salad

EXTREMELY good salad to pair with any grilled meat, but I recommend for those who don't like extremely spicy (HOT) food to cut the ginger down by 2/3rds. A 2" piece of minced ginger in only 4 cups of watermelon, paired with the red jalapeno was almost too hot for my Texas heat tolerance levels. Definitely will make it again, but cutting WAAAAAY "

Reviewed Spicy Cilantro-Scallion Salad

Perfect to pair with pork kebabs (like they did in the FN Magazine). The coolness of the cucumber and the slight acidity of the rice vinegar and scallions make this a nice balance. Even those who said they didn't care for cilantro (because it IS a BOLD flavor) enjoyed the salad. Definitely a keeper!"
